The Boomers are set to face the Philippines, Japan and Chinese Taipei in the first three windows of the qualifiers which will span November 2017, February 2018 and June 2018.
While the location of those match-ups are yet to be confirmed, the dates have been released by FIBA with Australia's first game to be played in Chinese Taipei on November 24.
The Boomers will then return home to host Japan on November 27 before hosting another two games in a blockbuster February 2018 against the Philippines on February 22 and Chinese Taipei on February 25.
Their final two games will then come in Japan on June 29 and against the Philippines on July 2.
Following those first three windows, the top three teams from Group B will advance to the second round where they will carry over their points to another three games against the top three teams from a different group.
Those next three windows will be played in September 2018, November 2018 and February 2019.
The top six teams plus the best finisher outside those top six then advance to the 2019 FIBA World Cup.
