The largest event on the Australian Junior Championship calendar, the competition brings together athletes from all around the country with registrations open to any high school.
The Championship Division, featuring the highest ranked school from each state, will be contested alongside Senior Under-20 divisions, Junior Under-17's and Freshman Under-15's across both men's and women's competitions.
In 2015, 122 teams representing 70+ schools across 14 divisions and over 1,500 athletes hit the court in the nation's capital.
Lake Ginninderra College took out the Men’s Championship Division and John Paul College won the Women’s title for the fourth time in the past six years.
Basketball Australia will host the event in Melbourne until 2018 at the State Basketball Centre in Wantirna South, Knox Basketball Stadium in Boronia and Fairhills High School in Ferntree Gully.
