NSW Country remain the only unbeaten team in Pool A of the men's competition, following a nine-point win over second-placed WA Metro yesterday.

With just one victory apiece, Vic Country and SA Country will be fighting for the fourth spot on the ladder while ACT, despite sitting at 0-3, are still in the hunt.

In Pool B for the men, Vic Metro have cruised to a 4-0 start after big wins over NT and SA Metro.

The remaining spots on the ladder are still up for grabs with second placed SA Metro leading NSW Metro and Tasmania by a game. Sitting fifth, Queensland South cannot be counted out either as they have played one less game than their closest rivals on the ladder.

In the women's competition, Vic Country are undefeated but had to fight hard against NSW Country. They now sit at 2-1 following that loss alongside ACT who may be the surprise team of the tournament so far.

The race for the top four may be over in Pool B with three teams sitting winless but fourth-placed Vic Metro (2-1) will still be chasing top spot which is currently owned by the unbeaten Queensland South team.
