UPDATED 2015 AUSTRALIAN JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS SCHEDULE

The 2015 Australian Junior Championships schedule is now complete, with Basketball Australia today confirming the Under 20s and Ivor Burge Championships will be held in Dandenong next February.

The Australian Junior Championships bring all states together for competition from the U14’s through to the U20’s, with six separate tournaments in total rotated throughout the country across the year.

The AJCs provide young basketballers with the opportunity to play in an elite tournament representing their club, school or state on the national stage.

An important stepping stone in the career of junior players, the AJCs have produced some of Australian basketball’s biggest names, including Lauren Jackson, Elizabeth Cambage, Patty Mills and Andrew Bogut.

Under 18 Australian Junior Championships 11-18 April 2015 Ballarat Basketball Association, Victoria
Under 16 Australian Junior Championships 4-11 July 2015 Ulverstone Basketball Association, Tasmania
Under 14 Boys Australian Club Championships 28 Sept-3 Oct 2015 Hosted by Basketball WA at the WA Basketball Centre
Under 14 Girls Australian Club Championships 28 Sept-3 Oct 2015 Gosford City Basketball, NSW
Australian Schools Championships 30 Nov-4 Dec 2015 Canberra, ACT
