The squad of 10 going into camp will boast a number of 2012 Olympians including Joe Ingles, Matthew Dellavedova, David Barlow, David Andersen, Adam Gibson and Brad Newley.
The senior Boomers will also be joined by rising stars Dante Exum and Ryan Broekhoff, who return to Australia after standout performances in the recent FIBA Under 19 World Championships and World University Games respectively.
Rounding out the squad will be big man Nathan Jawai, who recently signed with Galatasaray Liv Hospital following a strong season with FC Barcelona in the Euroleague - as well as Ben Simmons, a recent addition the Boomers' training camp in Perth ahead of the Sino-Australia Challenge in June.
Lemanis said the main focus of the camp would be setting the scene for the Boomers on the road to Rio over the next three and a half years.
"One of the most important things for us going forward will be consistency: establishing the Boomers' style of play," Lemanis said.
"As a team - and as an entire men's program: under 17s, under 19s, Emerging Boomers, senior players - we need to have a cohesive culture, firmly established core values and a widely recognised trademark as to what the Boomers represent".
"From a coaching point of view, I also want to understand how we best service our players overseas; how we keep them connected to the program while they're away and how we best keep those lines of communication open."
"We've got a lot of work to do this week, but I know this team has a bright future and I'm looking forward to watching them develop on the world stage as we build towards Rio."
The training camp will be held from 26-30 July at the Basketball Australia National Centre of Excellence at the AIS in Canberra.
The Boomers will tip-off preparations for the 2013 FIBA Oceania Championships with a larger training camp to be held in Canberra at the start of August.
The 2013 FIBA Oceania Championships will see the Boomers and Opals taking on the New Zealand Tall Blacks and Tall Ferns ahead of 17th FIBA Basketball World Cup and World Championships to be held in Spain and Turkey next year.
The four-game series will tip off in Auckland on Wednesday August 14, before arriving in Canberra at the AIS Arena on Sunday August 18.
