Some of Australia’s best junior basketballers will gather in Western Australia this April for the 2012 Australian Under 18 Championships.
The tournament will run from 14 - 21 April in Perth and will feature teams from all over Australia.
Last year, the Victoria Metro women’s team took out the gold medal be defeating the SA Metro, 70-61, in the final.
In the men’s competition, Victoria Metro were denied a clean sweep when they were beaten 50-45 by New South Wales Metro in the gold medal game.
