The Women’s National Basketball League launched their exciting new online television program last Wednesday evening with the debut episode of WNBL iTV airing through wnbl.com.au.
Hosted by ABC TV’s Darren Boyd and Lori Chizik, WNBL iTV will air weekly and can be watched from Wednesday's and then ‘on demand’ through the WNBL and Basketball Australia websites, as well as YouTube and all SportingPulse online platforms.
Tune in to see a lighter side of all the action from WNBL season 2011/12, including recaps, news and video highlights, as well as guest player interviews.
The WNBL iTV initiative puts the WNBL in a position to promote the league to a broader audience and provide fresh, innovative content across an unlimited online platform, which is a key initiative to lift the profile of the WNBL, its clubs and its players.
