Bogut donates $25,000 reward for missing teen

Golden Star Australian Boomers Centre and NBA Superstar Andrew Bogut has offered up $25,000 to join an additional $25,000 already offered in search of missing teenager Jesse Densley, who went missing on Tuesday.

The 15 year old, who is from Williamstown in Melbourne, was last seen at North Williamstown railway station at 8.30am on Tuesday morning.

After hearing Jesse’s dad on radio earlier, making pleas for any information as to his son’s whereabouts, and after hearing that an anonymous donation of $25,000 had been made by another generous helper, Bogut felt moved to match that offer.

“I don’t think that the money is as important as the awareness  that it’s going to create,” said Bogut. “It doesn’t put any pressure on the kid to keep hiding... it will just help him know that people are out there trying to find him and get him back to his father,” Bogut told 3AW radio in Melbourne.”
