Mr Milne will join the Board as a non-executive director, subject to all regulatory approvals as Tabcorp undergoes a demerger of its Casino business from its Wagering, Gaming and Keno business.

The demerger is expected to create two market-leading companies able to pursue their individual investment programs and growth opportunities independently.

The Wagering, Gaming and Keno business will continue to operate under Tabcorp Holdings Limited, with Mr Milne to remain on the Board of Tapcorp beyond the demerger process.

Mr Milne’s experience has seen him fulfil numerous, directorial roles including Group Managing Director at Telstra from 2000-2010. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of a number of telecommunications related companies including OzEmail, InfoBox, Globe Media and Film and Television Associates Ltd. Mr Milne will continue his role as a dedicated Board member of Basketball Australia.
